Run away, that's what we were doing anyway. This is a corporation first and foremost, not the friendliest and most flexible practice as a result. We took our first born there for 2 years, we saw Dr. Khorashadi mainly. We are pro vaccine but he had a febrile seizure the week he got his first vaccine, it was scary, and since then he gets temperatures of up to 104 with almost every vaccine. Staff is friendly, But the wait for the doctor to come in is ridiculous. You are enclosed in a small room waiting for a long time with a baby or toddlers. The visits should not take this long for children. You wait a long time to see the doctor and if you need shots you are waiting another 30-45 mins for the nurse to come. They also need to step up their application options. There's no website like my charts to view any medical information.

The doctors in this office don't seem to agree with each other, and the front desk doesn't appear to be concerned about addressing your problems. I won't be returning to this office and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

If you're considering this medical office for your kids just know it's really hard to get to them to schedule an appointment or find out about results. I had been with Dr Khorashadi at a different office before and I didn't have to wait so long on the phone to get an appointment or a call back. In this office when you select the call back option on the waiting system they'll and Hang up right away they don't wait for you to pick up the phone and it's hard to be 15-20min waiting on the phone when you have kids especially if t... read more

Do not waste your time at this group! Their phone number takes at least 40 min to be picked up (like we parents have the whole day in 2023 to wait that). When you need an appointment, they are always booked and you almost have to beg to get an appointment. Referral's to another doctor is a nightmare, they never check what they are doing. If in 2023 you want to go to the office to get an appointment instead of doing over the phone, this is the place!!!

What a shame. My whole family( cousins included) have been patients of dr a below it's for 25 some odd years. Back when it was one office in Newport Beach. The corporate greed and lack of care has officially taken hold here. Multiple offices, revolving doors with staff and doctors, obviously unhappy staff that can care less about their jobs or their patients. I should have known better then to continue as a patient. I had the worst experience yesterday at this location. I have been going to coastal kids Newport Beach since my kids were born. I took my teen daughter to her well check appointment as she was due for HPV vaccine. The appointment was rushed and I did not feel a thorough examination and care. The nurse gave my daughter the vaccine and did not advise us to wait in the lobby for 15 mins after. She directed us to leave from the back door and we left right away. Horrible experience with front desk. I had two very horrible experience with them. First time my son has allergic with red rashes, but it was on and off . when I talked with front desk person to schedule an appt, the lady told me I can't bring my son when there is no rashes, I have to call them when the rashes come back . My son has been an established patient since he was 2 months old with Dr. Bui, and she has been great. This review is for Dr. Leon at the Pacifica location. If you truly care about the well-being of your child, avoid Dr. Leon at all cost. Over the weekend, by 16 month old son started wheezing extremely loud, and I started getting worried that he was struggling to catch his breath.
