Poor communication with front office staffing. I called the front office to let them know I was having trouble finding the location the receptionist said no problem and even called back 4 minutes later to say she can give google directions. I told her no need I found it and parking. When I walked into the office 1 min later they told me I had to possible reschedule or wait for the doctor . After 50 minutes of waiting with a toddler they came out and said they had to reschedule . Couldn't that have been said on the phone? Wha... read more

My first experience here was terrible. I had to bring my 3 month old son back here unfortunately because his primary was not available and he seemed to be very uncomfortable and not himself so I took the first appointment I could regardless of my last experience here. My son was experiencing a cough, congestion, really warm but no fever, and seemed to be breathing weird and having a bit of trouble. We saw Dr. Ma.
