Highly Recommend I highly recommend living here. The staff is extremely helpful. Kacey, the property manager, has been a delight to speak to, listening to my concerns and I always see maintenance working hard. The builds are well kept and the apartments are really nice for the price. I really enjoy being here.

Maintenance has really stepped up Within the last 3 weeks all of my maintenance request that I have been complaining about for 6 months or more have been taken care of..Adam and John..even the contractors have been great..I hope this remains consistent..it makes all the difference

This place is ok My husband and I moved here a year ago when he got stationed here. The apartments are spacious and the office staff is friendly. My one major complaint is that maintenance does not respond quickly. I usually had to call the office a few times to get my maintenance request taken care of.
Went without hot water and nonfunctional shower for a month and a half A hot water pipe burst under the slab on the first floor of my building making it so everyone lost water and making the water pressure so low our showers didn't work. This lasted a month and a half with water pouring out from under the building into the parking lot. All the residents filed dozens of maintenance requests, but nothing was done until someone called code enforcement, turns out they were violating the law by keeping us in the building in the s... read more
Do not move here Management is lazy The community is horrible The area is horrible (LOTS of crime) It takes FOREVER to get your maintenance requests resolved The apartments are very old and it shows. the owners (Druker and Falk) have nothing to do with the place and clearly dont care about the quality offered here. This is one of the cheaper options out there, but its STILL expensive for what it is.

This apartment complex isnt great I have lived here for around 2 years. there is always trash everywhere the location isnt a safe place my "renovated" apartment doesnt have a garbage disposal and the fire alarms arent hardwired (this is a fire hazard. i could just get rid of my fire alarms) the maintenance team is lazy just dont live here. and rent is high for the location. its crazy.

Horrible. I would give this place negative stars if at all possible. The abridged version: Upon move in, the apartment wreaked of cigarette smoke. The smell ended up on my clothes, furniture, and anybody who spend more than an hour there left with a noticeable smoke smell on them. I reported this to the leasing office, they told me they would be by to address it. Nobody came until after a month. ***DO NOT MOVE HERE*** This apartment has been a nightmare. I am military, so I have lived in so many apartments, and this one by far takes the cake. The day before moving in they pushed our move in date out another two weeks (should have been the first sign). Upon moving in there was a laundry list of broken things (washer/dryer, bathtub, door to patio, door to outside, blinds will not close).
