My son just got his braces off. I love the staff at Coastline. Very friendly . Worked with me coordinating appointments to get his brackets off for cleanings with his dentist. Easy scheduling appointments.
Coastline Orthodontics are amazing!!! Their ENTIRE staff is so welcoming and friendly they always made our visits amazing and stress free... Their customer service skills are 100% !!!! I highly recommend them if your child needs braces!!! I passed up using my dental insurance for my son, which I would have drove to Jacksonville for every 6-8 week appointment and opted to pay out of pocket and it was definitely the best decision I ever made !!!!
Our child is back for their 2nd phase of treatment. After a bit of a break, we were easily caught up by Ady & Bridget and feel like we know what to do after a refresher talk. Everyone we have met is welcoming and makes you feel at home from the time you walk in the office until you leave. We know our child is in good hands and that everyone cares about his treatment plan. The new office in Fernandina is top notch!
