From the minute we walked through the door we were greeted so nicely. We were taken back quickly and had Chelsea as our consultant. She was amazing!! Super bubbly and made my kids feel very comfortable. We had one other consult before coastline and within 5 min of being at coastline with Chelsea my kids looked at me and asked if we could go there for treatment! She toured the office with them. The friendliest group of people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My daughter was against braces and wanted them “invisible”. The lovingly and joyfully not only discussed the two options but had models to show her how each work. By the time we left she not only was okay with braces but wanted to know how long before she was getting them. Lol.
