On February 21, I scheduled **** to clean my blinds on 20 windows. I agreed to $45 per window, which seemed high, but I had not had my blinds cleaned before and assumed it must be a fairly extensive process. When the cleaner arrived, he confirmed the $900 price and I naively signed the order. He then proceeded to vacuum about 6-8 of the worst blinds and then just sprayed and wiped down the rest.
