I feel like I finally had someon give me an honest assessment of my heating and A/C system. I have had One Hour A/C try to sell me, for five years, on replacing all my duct work and to install expensive lights or cleaning equipment and how bad of condition my duct work was in on general. Tony and his team at coit are top notch! I called and set up an appointment with ease and they were very friendly. My appointment was set for between 8:30-9:30a and I received a confirmation text from Chris, the technician at 9:43a saying my work was complete. Very thorough and accommodating. I would highly recommend using coit

We used COIT, in Charlotte NC, and had a horrific experience. At the time of service, one the technicians fell through our ceiling though the attic, power washed the vents on the driveway, leaving marks on the driveway, and spilled an entire bulb of fragrance on the hardwood floor. Lastly, almost two years later, we had mold return in our air ducts. We had a different company come to help us this time. They discovered COIT had installed the wrong airducts in the attic. I have never hated a company more than COIT.

I was super disappointed that I was told on the phone that they could get the stains out of my rug and they came out and didn't know what kind of rug it was and didn't get the stains out, and left my rug, soaking wet. I called them and I'm still waiting on a call back that was three days ago. And charged me $240

I have used this service before, no problems. This last time really did it. They literally had to take my area rug out of my house because it was so messed up. Also, the thug kid working there , who they WOULD NOT give me his name, busted into my back yard without permission from me and for no reason, the gate is broken, oh he found a way. Never again.

After several emails in regards to a IN HOME quote. I could not get the price that others where offering. It was off by $80 and they would never come to my home for the quote. Over the emails I described (the basics) on what I have as for carpeting and heating/cooling system. Why have it on their website stating "IN HOME QUOTE" to be scheduled and never come to give it like other companies??? We were off by $80 and they were willing to lose business over this. So sad.

Do NOT use this company for HVAC cleaning. It doesn't work. They cleaned our ducts and showed us with a cell phone camera the first few feet that were cleaned but we still have mold in our air ducts. When I called the company to ask about their money back guarantee all I got was a long letter from the owner. We paid them $1,100.00 and now we must get our ducts replaced so we can be mold-free. I scheduled my whole house to be cleaned for today May 23 2013. I received a confirmation email for the time form 3pm to 5pm. Nobody showed up nor did they call me. I called both their numbers and was hung up on twice for some weird automation they had. Then after waiting on hold a 3rd time for over 5 minutes I just hung up.
