Alex called ahead to say he was early and on his way. He wore a mask and was very courteous and professional. The carpet was cleaned very well - this guy knows. his stuff and did a great job. I highly recommend!!

We just had COIT Cleaning and restoration Clean our Carpets here in Sugar House Tyson Arrived on time and ready to go... He immediately came in measured all the rooms gave us a fair price and began working... Tyson was very efficient and careful about doing the job right... I would strongly recommend this company and I would strongly recommend Tyson to do the job

I have had a really good experience with COIT. Tyson did a great job on my carpets. He was careful with my woodwork. I found a spot after the carpet was dry. Tyson came back out and got the spot out. I really like the fact that they don't try to sell you other thing to upgrade your cleaning. I have had carpet cleaners in the past who want to charge extra for protectant and deodorizing. My carpet looks and smells great!

Prior to moving into my house, Coit techs came and cleaned all my carpets. They did a great job and were very professional. They even took care to wear booties upon entry to my home. The professionalism and respect they show is definitely something many in the industry do not exhibit. Their prices were very competitive as well.

Very happy with the promptness at which this company responded to my call and with the job our technician Andrew Schaacht did. We had blue food dye splatter on our carpet and were leaving out of town the same day. When I called Coit, they fit me in their schedule and sent someone over to help ASAP. Andrew, our technician called me before he arrived, was professional when he came, and got the carpets looking great again. Tony did a great job cleaning upholstery on my dining room chairs--they look brand new--particularly with a sub-par portable machine that spewed dirty liquid onto my new carpet. I live on a second floor condo and he was unable to hook up his truck to do the job. Memo to Coit: For the amount of money you charge may I suggest that you upgrade your portable cleaning units accordingly. COIT does not even deserve one star, but Yelp is insistent I click at least one. Paid over $800 for carpet and tile cleaning for 2 bedroom apartment. Job was done so poorly I had to have the job redone by more qualified people. I was shocked by how much dirt was removed by the second cleaning crew (after COIT had finished). See the photo of the black water removed by a household strength cleaning machine after the "pros" had their turn. No refund by COIT. Had to dispute charge with credit card company.

Coit totally ghosted us! On a Friday we called and Coit scheduled to clean our carpets and draperies the following Thursday. We planned our day accordingly. Not having heard anything more from Coit, we called Thursday morning at 9:30a and were told the cleaners would arrive between 10:00a and 12:00n. By 2:00p no one had showed up, so we called again. Buyer Beware -- I used Coit in Salt Lake to clean my draperies and sheers. In the process, they shredded my sheers. Not only did they ruin my sheers, they wanted me to pay the $200 cleaning cost. The owner said they should hold up fine during cleaning. How, as a customer, should I have to pay for something ruined by them and never returned.
