I have used Coit carpet cleaning over the years and have always been pleased. I did not realize they have a new owner, and I am sorry to say, I will never use them again. First, the person who called to set the app't needs to learn how not to deceive a customer and not disclose all the pertinent information about the charges. The first time they came out to clean the tile in a small condo. The guy who arrived said he couldn't throw the hose up to the balcony and would have to go back downtown and get a portable machine and it was going to cost me extra money and he wouldn't be able to do it that day. After he called his manager he said he would do it. Since the condo was vacant I left to let him clean. Pre paid for the services and all. When I came back, nothing had been done. I called on a Monday and scheduled an appointment to have our carpets cleaned for the following Saturday at noon. Then they called on Friday and said they had to reschedule for 8am. I told them that we couldn't be ready that early. Then she said it would have to be at 9 because someone else rescheduled. So they expected us to totally rearrange our schedule just because someone else wanted to change theirs?
