Owner contacted me admitting they did a bad job but would only refund if I changed my review to positive. NOT how this works. I would have been happy to write how it was resolved, but if you do a poor job others need to understand how you operate.
Avoid. Tech wandered in my house without permission. Left my area rugs filthy and wet. Decided not to pay before he roamed room to room, telling me that my blinds needed cleaned, air traps dirty. Started to clean the carpet and left streaks!!!! I told him to stop and leave. The owner called and threatened to place a lean on my house. I told him im calling police. Horrible experience for carpet cleaning Beware. Typical scam you see on the news.
I wish I could give them no stars. We used Coit to freshen up our white, spot free carpet. As it dried long brown strips appeared. Coit came out the next day and re cleaned it. One of the service people explained sometimes a machine will leak and leave theses kinds of marks. The manager, however, told me I did it with my vacuum even though the marks appeared before we walked on it, then claimed they were made from the dog bed (I'm not kidding) then said "well, you needed new carpet anyway."
