RecommendedI’ve been renting at a duplex from Coldwell banker for almost 5 years now. I’ve always had a good experience. When I need repairs they usually have someone here within 3 days. I like their handy tenant portal where I can pay my rent and make maintenance requests. The maintenance contact has changed several times and the one that helped me most recently was great. Kept me informed and even texted me after hours. Greatly appreciated.
