I had an interest in an Coldwell Banker listing. Had a pleasant phone conversation with Carolyn, the Reator of. I emailed Carolyn, that I had the money for an offer regarding that specific listing...No reply. I also, had my friend in Ridgecrest contact Carolyn to make a walk-thru appt., to be my eyes, since I was out of state regarding the same listing...No return phone call. This is not the first time I have had lack of communication issues regarding this Realty :(
worst experience selling our house Christine Dosen did nothing basically i sold the house....she wanted to have open house and stayed 20 mins.... i found out because someone came later and said no one was here!!
