Cole was the only party involved in my home purchasing experience who was not only consistently honest, informative and vested in my purchase, he made me feel as if he truly had our best interest in mind; no matter how many times I messaged or called with questions that were more than the loan: repairs, my rights as a buyer, if something I was told sounded right, was I getting the best council for our negotiation, insurance. Cole saved us a ridiculous amount in closing costs.

Cole was always ready to answer questions and help, something we really appreciated since we were new to the mortgage loan process. I'd really recommend him if you looking at mortgage loans and it's either your first time or the process just seems overwhelming.
