Cole is a very nice young man. Are issues with this company had nothing to do with Cole. The loan process from beginning to closing was 3 months. I have bought and sold real estate my entire adult life and I have never had a loan take this long. If this had been a client I would have lost the deal over the slow process. We were told one rate and given another a day later. During the 3 months the rates went down. Since our loan was locked they did not adjust down like many other companies do
