Love this vet! Wouldn't go anywhere else. They are great with my dog and are so loving!

We love College Mall Vet! All the vets and techs we have met have been great, but we especially love Dr. VandeWiele!

Unfortunately, we have to find another vet. The Drs that have treated our animals are wonderful but the customer service up front has been awful. Twice now we've been off by staff about getting an important script filled. The receptionist was dismissive and would not answer questions as if trying to get us to give up and go elsewhere after we did indeed try that. It took all day just to get her to get the Drs approval and fill the script. I also feel like they put it off until the end of the day just because she could. Simpl... read more

While we’re glad you had positive experiences with our doctors, we’d like to clarify a few important points regarding your concern. i really didn’t want to do this but years of ignorance towards me as a client has unfortunately set my hand. i brought my rottie and cats there for years. some of the experiences that highlight in my brain. the main thing i’m going to say is that they either pick and choose who they treat good or they are just straight neglegent 1. we had them come over and do a stay at home anesthesia for one of our cats. after two years and multiple times telling them this they still never updated it and sent vaccine reminders. 2. my rott... read more

They killed my 5 yr old Yorkie poo because they refused to see her the day before Christmas eve. I told them what was wrong, which they’d treated her multiple times in the past for. A 2 shot treatment would have saved her life, 5 minutes of their time. I understand it was close to holidays, but I said I’d wait as long as it took to get this 5 minute treatment. They are a Veterinary hospital right?! They suggested i go to an emergency hospital in Indy, which i did 2 days in a row. First time I was there from 4pm - midnight. I... read more

Business response:

Alaine, we are truly sorry for your loss. We are sorry that we were unable to see your pup when you called but we did recommend taking her to a local emergency veterinarian due to her condition. Our thoughts are with you during this difficult time and we are here should you wish to discuss any of your concerns further.

Calling the emergency line this morning. Explained our cat had vomited blood this morning and seeking an emergency visit. Response: "I'm sorry we're booked out 6 weeks." Our cat could be dead in 6 weeks. Response: "okay have a nice day." The last response showed unmitigated gall. I have no words.

Business response:

Luke, we take your feedback seriously and are sorry we could not see your cat. We try to care for as many patients as we can but will always recommend a local emergency hospital if we are unable to see a patient and it is in the best interest of the pet, which we felt was the case with your cat. We understand it was a very frustrating time for you but we have a zero tolerance policy for verbal abuse directed towards our staff. We hope your cat received the care it needed and wish you nothing but the best.
