The initial appointment was not what I needed. However the therapist was wonderful. The person that set up the appointment did not listen to the information I specifically stated, therefore set me up with someone unable to do what I was specifically trying to do. So one wasted appointment. Second therapist was wonderful and was able to handle my situation.

great provider, Jessica is super helpful and wonderful. she is the reason i go here. the front desk/reception is not good. they are very hard to get in touch with, my husband and i have both had trouble with refills communication between office, pharmacy, and patient. i have to call many many times to get simple problems resolved. we have both tried to schedule talk therapy through the front desk and just gave up after quite a few attempts.

Great therapist, horrible management. They make billing mistakes constantly, sending out delinquency notices for bills that were already paid or will charge your card on file without prior notice. Its never their fault somehow.

This practice is a hit or miss. I had a good therapist but the therapist I booked for my child was awful, unprofessional and malignant. Without knowing details, Alexis (Alex?) Rebmann didn’t want to meet with me the first time and because I pushed for that, she had an extensive conversation with my child about how bad I treated her (?). Even my child complained about this therapist after the visit on how unfair, unreasonable, and conflict-creator Rebmann was. What can I say, nothing great, unfortunately. The Reston office is non-responsive. At all. They request all refills and communications to go through their online portal, which they never respond to. If you need to request a refill for a prescription on a monthly basis, prepare to be in for a very stressful ride. The Reston office is also not responsive to phone calls. And their website/portal is very difficult to navigate. Overall, it doesn't really matter how good or bad their therapists are when the administrative side is ... read more
