Deondra is extremely professional and effective. I enjoy and am very comfortable working with her.
The initial appointment was not what I needed. However the therapist was wonderful. The person that set up the appointment did not listen to the information I specifically stated, therefore set me up with someone unable to do what I was specifically trying to do. So one wasted appointment. Second therapist was wonderful and was able to handle my situation.
great provider, Jessica is super helpful and wonderful. she is the reason i go here. the front desk/reception is not good. they are very hard to get in touch with, my husband and i have both had trouble with refills communication between office, pharmacy, and patient. i have to call many many times to get simple problems resolved. we have both tried to schedule talk therapy through the front desk and just gave up after quite a few attempts.
Awful. Brooke Reid was cold and impersonal. Instead of getting to know me, she chastised me for not taking a test before I came and immediately launched into the questions without explaining why or how many questions were involved. I have never walked out of an appointment, but she displayed no empathy or understanding so talking to her would have been pointless.
