What can I say, nothing great, unfortunately. The Reston office is non-responsive. At all. They request all refills and communications to go through their online portal, which they never respond to. If you need to request a refill for a prescription on a monthly basis, prepare to be in for a very stressful ride. The Reston office is also not responsive to phone calls. Awful. Brooke Reid was cold and impersonal. Instead of getting to know me, she chastised me for not taking a test before I came and immediately launched into the questions without explaining why or how many questions were involved. I have never walked out of an appointment, but she displayed no empathy or understanding so talking to her would have been pointless.
