Staff is friendly and appointment was on time
The office is very nice however the nurse who was the assistant dont give off a pleasurable attitude no small talk nor genuine concern. I will not be going back to this office. I did have to get some blood work done and the only nurse who made me feel genuinely comfortable was the nurse who took my blood sample (her I give 5 stars) other then that I been even contemplating if I should go with a different OBGY.
If I confirm multiple times that my appointment is covered under my insurance I should not then receive a bill!

Dr Houser is awesome as usual & goes over & beyond in her care. However; this is the 3rd time that there was not good communication with me as a patient about labs. Labs were ordered, but I was not aware they were not using Labcorp anymore & they did not have my order (of course). I got hold of the wonderful doctor on call 11/7 & she got the order in, but I had to come back on Sat & then there were issues again (another hr of my time). I made my appointment for mammogram and yearly check up when I was there last year. My appt for mammogram was for 9:20 with my yearly appt immediately following at 9:45. When I arrived at 9:10 I was informed that my check up was not until 10:30. I went ahead with my mammogram and chose not to wait for the check up. When I returned home I rechecked my calendar and found my appt card attached which showed my appointments as 9:20 and 9:45.
