Doctor was excellent and online check in was very easy. I was there for almost three hours for an annual check and blood work and I never got the blood work done because they all went to lunch . Other than the time the office was very clean and very nice staff .

I recently started exploring Functional Medicine and very frustrated with the the appointment wait times. My first appointment I was the first one of the day and they were having computer issues so I didn’t get called back for 30 minutes. The second visit was worse. My appointment was at 2:30 and I got called back at 3:30 to be seen. If I was an hour late to my appointment I am sure I would have been turned away and charged for my appointment. I hate to have to come on here and say anything negative about this practice as I have been a patient for 31 years, however, the recent interaction I had with their billing department was disappointing enough that I feel it is important to speak out. This was my first time at Columbus OB/GYN New Albany and it was an overall good experience. Dr. DiBartola was super friendly and inviting, and I’m glad she’s now my doctor! The only problem I had was I waited 30 minutes before I was called back, which seemed like a long time. Not sure if it was because it was my first time in, but hoping not all waiting experiences will be like that in the future.
