I hate to have to come on here and say anything negative about this practice as I have been a patient for 31 years, however, the recent interaction I had with their billing department was disappointing enough that I feel it is important to speak out. Every doctor I have dealt with has been fantastic, but the billing department is something else completely. This was my first time at Columbus OB/GYN New Albany and it was an overall good experience. Dr. DiBartola was super friendly and inviting, and I’m glad she’s now my doctor! The only problem I had was I waited 30 minutes before I was called back, which seemed like a long time. Not sure if it was because it was my first time in, but hoping not all waiting experiences will be like that in the future.

Just wasn’t a good fit with the doctor. Will be looking for another option. Bedside manner wasn’t good.
