Verified Renter My apartment was not ready for move in. The apartment still needed to be cleaned. I had to wait 3 hours. After it was cleaned, I was impressed with the work done.

Verified Renter Management has always been helpful! Most maintenance requests are answered that day and the team is always nice. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. Dog- friendly.

Verified Renter Comet Westgate is a wonderful community. I have been here 4 1/2 years and there have been many changes to the neighborhood around us. Local homeowners hate apartment complexes. Not everyone wants or can own a house. Comet Westgate provides more amenities for their residents than owners HOA’s. The staff provides opportunities to help local charities like food banks and schools. I would highly recommend Comet Westgate to anyone looking for an apartment.

Verified Renter The community seems great and the facilities and units are clean and well managed. The only thing I’m not a fan of is you can’t access the clubhouse as a resident after hours. That restricts you from using certain “amenities” to times only when the office is open, including them closing for lunch or whatever the case may be during the middle of the day. As working class it’s a bummer to have limited access at all to the clubhouse after “working hours”.

Verified Renter Really nice staff and complex. Quiet but has enough going on to stay entertained. Wish the club house was open later on weekdays. I can swim in the pool but cant play pool? Doesn't make much sense to me, also was not told that prior to signing the lease. Also if someone lives above you, you'll hear them walk and flush the toilet.
