The pool is always available when the weather supports a daytime swim, and the grills and cookout area are always reasonably available for a gathering of family, friends, and fellowship over an outdoor meal. Glass containers of any type are wisely prohibited for safety concerns.

Verified Renter Neighborhood is getting a little more sketch. I am from PA and not used to the cockroaches. I know they call them Palmetto bugs down here but they are gross

Verified Renter There have been problems with excessive noise that goes beyond what is to be expected from apartment living. To be fair, management did what they could do to resolve the issue, which is appreciated. Other than that, it's conveniently located and the amenities are great.

Verified Renter Staff is very helpful here, and the pool is great. I’ve also enjoyed the pickleball court. It’s in a great location! The walls are pretty thin, though, and the flooring is soft in places and comes up. It wasn’t too clean when I moved in either.
