After extensive preparation, planning, and praying, Comforts of Home opened June 17th, 2000 in a single storefront in downtown Marion, Indiana.

This salesman tanna told me how low cost the furniture is and how it’s all over priced, (she does the ordering)and her dad is the owner. Smh u can get the same furniture at dillmans down the street for half of the price same name and quality.! I did purchase a bed from there 10k and then when I called them out they refused to cover the warranty . Expensive joke on me I guess
When we ordered our bedroom furniture we told the salesman that we needed it before Easter because we had family coming to stay with us for the holiday. He told us our it would only take a couple of weeks to get our furniture. Three weeks later we called to find out where our furniture was and we were told it wouldn't be delivered until the middle of May. I feel like we were lied to just to make a sale. I will never to business with Comforts of Home again.
They lost all of our business with their sign saying no children allowed on 2/20/21. I guess if our children can’t be there when we order thousands of dollars of furniture....we can find another store who will welcome our whole family.
This place sucks, worst customer service
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my entire life!!! Would absolutely never do business here....Purchased a recliner for my mother who has been quarantined in a nursing home since March and wanted to brighten her day… Due to Covid we could not deliver it for a couple days… It did not work for her I called and ask if I could please exchange or if there’s anything they could do for me and they stated there was absolutely nothing they could do for me because it had been 24 hours…Did not t... read more

We had a great experience at this store. Mel and Braden were friendly, helpful and patient. Nice inventory to choose from. Found what we were looking for! The young men that delivered our furniture were nice, polite and friendly! There was an issue with our table and they took it back to store, fixed it and returned it all in the same day! Great customer service! Would highly recommend!
