They had exactly what w were looking for. We are very happy with the service we had and the loveseat we bought.
Malissa was the sales person I worked with, she was very friendly, helpful and offered good suggestions!! The delivery drivers were very courteous and careful with our new furniture!!
I love my new furniture. customer service was awesome. Only thing is my sofa came with pillows and I believe the small ones go on the ends but I only got one.

I love shopping local and knowing they are there to provide service after the sale. My sales person Mel was great as well as the delivery staff going out of their way providing great service. And as always the showroom was beautiful.
I have experienced the worst customer service I could imagine. For supposedly being a Christian business I have been treated incredibly the opposite of what I would expect. I purchased 2 recliners, $1365 with the 10 yr protection. The recliners were not as the had been in the showroom, nor even close. You felt as if you would fall straight forward out of them. My mom bought new mattress and box springs and a new bed. The bed she bought had a bad chemical smell they would not give her her money back they told her only an in-store credit. She was told by Sherry that if she had any problems they would take care of it with no problems and that they would make things right and they didn't 😏

This is not true. We went to her house the day she called and took the mattress, which no one could smell including her husband. She did not want another mattress, so we offered her a gift card. She called back a few days later and said she wanted her money back. We returned to her home again a few days later and picked up her foundation and returned her money. Sorry you were misinformed.
I paid cash up front for a mattress, protector and delivery fees. I was told at the time of purchase by Melissa that it was out of stock and they would have to ordeer it and they would give me a call in about a week to set up delivery. 1 1/2 weeks later I called to check in with them because I hadn't heard from them yet and was told it should be in that following friday. 22 days from the date of purchase I contacted them again and was told it was out of stock and had to be ordered. i was finally contacted 4 WEEKS from the da... read more

We are sorry we disappointed you. Your mattress was a terrific manufacture's promotion. They sold out and we had to wait and extra 14 days to get them back in stock. We work hard to provide good customer service but some things are out of our control. This was one of them. Again sorry for under preforming.:(
They were nice at first then we we got our furniture it had rips and tears and stains on it! We wanted our money back and she refused only had it 24 hours and found all the damage! Now she is selling the same furniture and giving people a tv and charging a 1000.00 less then we paid! Now how can you do this to people and sleep at night! I will tell everyone I know how Sherry treated us! 0 stars!
