We bought a sectional which ended up being too big. They came and took back 1 section of it and returned our money for that section. Couldnt have asked for better customer service and quality is the same.
I was pleased with the service at the store and delivery was right on time. 2 thumbs up.
Way too overpriced! Seriously, drive a half hour west to save hundreds of dollars & avoid waiting months for products to “arrive”.

Overpriced w/ lack of communication & customer service. I’d give “0” stars if it were an option.

We are sorry you are unhappy with the process of placing a special order. Once we place the order, the manufacturing of the item is started. We are, therefore, unable to cancel special orders. We explain this at the time of the sale and it is listed on your contract, in bold and underlined, that special orders are not subject to change or cancelation. Again, we are sorry that we can't cancel your special order.
We were told when we ordered our push back Lazy Boy recliner it would take 9 months. We ordered it in April of 2021, but didn’t receive the chair until July of 2022!! My husband asked for a refund back in April or May, and was told no because we “signed a contract”. I thought the 9month wait was ridiculous, but to then have to wait another 6 months?! Then when the chair came in they didn’t offer to deliver it for free, or anything. Won’t be shopping there ever again! They didn’t even try to make it right, or offer anything... read more
I purchased multiple items over the years, but my last purchase was a Lazy boy couch and chair. The couch is a piece of junk and it took me months and months of arguing with both Comforts of Home and Lazy boy to get any repairs completed. The couch is still a poor quality piece of furniture. I will never shop at this store again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Anyone who buys here has not shopped around. I have been in this store several times and looked at pricing on products. They are always higher than other area furniture stores for the exact items. They refused to negotiate any on their already high prices. My son bought me a recliner for a gift, And I told him that we should wait a couple of days and buy it cheaper somewhere else, but he wanted to go ahead with the purchase. Salespeople were great. Patient while we looked over several recliners & informative on different products. As satisfied as we were with the salespeople we were equally dissatisfied with the false advertisement in the paper. Ad said 20% off for cash buys and free delivery available. Never said price shown was already 20% off and had to spend over $2000 for free delivery. Will not purchase from there again if ad is not clear.
