Dr spadinger was fantastic as always. The front office was very unprofessional giving my son a hard time for payment on the spot when he said his parents would pay the bill after insurance coverage and then not allowing him to go home after his appointment.
I am so glad that I will no longer bring my kids to this place. Everyone is rude and non caring from front desk to providers. I wish these people knew caring for children required compassion, kindness, and patience regardless their ethnicity. They always rushing and pay no mind to parents concerns and suggestions. They are robbing people, do a very poor job cleaning teeth and fluoride treatment. No bedside manner whatsoever.

Didn’t like text message that was sent out at first because my daughter’s name was spelled incorrectly. When I questioned it, I was informed “oh thought that was her nick name”. She should of said sorry we will make sure it is correct the next time. My daughter doesn’t have a nickname they just spelled it incorrectly. Then my son told me that we’re talking about him and where he got his braces as if he wasn’t even there instead of asking him. 45 minute wait to be seen. We were forgotten about. Not the first time this has happened.
