My mom didn't participate in any of the activities, but they had them available. Some of the activities were: bingo, checkers, movie night, outside singers. They did have a common area that my mom would go socialize with other residents. The staff was very friendly. The size of the room was only if you had two people in a room it was a little crowded. I could leave my mom there and it made me feel that it was a good place to leave her. She always says the girls were so nice.

My Mom lives here currently and things are going well for her. The staff is working really hard with her to try and help her walk and become independent again. They’re very attentive to my Mother and her needs and very nice. I feel like when I leave her for the day, she’s safe with them. The food is good; they usually have 2 options available on the menu but if you don’t want what’s offered then you can ask for an alternative. The facility is kept very clean and housekeeping comes by every day to make the bed. Her room is al... read more

We were happy with this community for my dad. The community was very nice and we were happy with the care that was received. The menu was very good and the activities were helpful for dad. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one for the great care and the value.

I am happy that my husband is getting good care from the great staff here. The food is good and he is happy with the activities that are helpful. The community is nice and clean. Other family members would be happy with the care and the value of a loved one.

Overall experience - Admin snafus at the end regarding getting the refund for the balance. Took a long time and had to be resubmitted due to them sending the check so late that the bank rejected it and had to reissue a new check. 2. Cleanliness - The main ding is that the admin/finance lady had a very cluttered office and there were small ants crawling around. The rest of the facility was clean. 3. Friendliness - Staff was great 4. Quality of Care - [Name Removed] provided the majority of care but the staff seemed to be good... read more

I don’t like how some of the RCAs are treated they go above and beyond for my loved one and the med tech on day shift is very rude she has an attitude with the rcas sometimes or the family members when asked a question commonwealth is very understaffed and very unorganized……. Some of the head people in the office doesn’t seem friendly at all it’s 2 rcas that does a wonderful job and I really appreciate them for being so nice to my loved one

My father is I memory care and I think the aides do the best they can but they are understaffed, especially on the weekends. Their philosophy is to let the patients do their thing, whether it be up all night or walking around...which I appreciate but the patients need more supervision than they are getting. The staff is always friendly and helpful, but clearly overwhelmed with so few of them per shift. Things could be improved if they just had more staff.

The eating area floor is half-cleaned (I've watched this several times,) and it's often apparent that my loved one has not been recently bathed. Clothes and bedding have gone missing - I assume to other wards. The meals (lunches) do not show a lot of effort. I would probably recommend CSL if they were cheaper, and I feel that the staff, in general, does the best they can with what they've got.

The facility was designed nicely. The decor was pleasant. The staff bordered on indifferent to wanting to be left alone. The head nurse was very pleasant but her attitude didn't transfer to the staff that walked into his room. My husband was there for 5 weeks. He was very sick. I willingly paid top dollar for what I was told would be top care. He did not get it. It was a sad way to end a 56 year marriage. The night before he died I talked with his hospice nurse about moving him to a different facility. I was too late.
