We chose Commonwealth Senior Living because of the convenient location to family and because of recommendations from others. We just had her birthday party and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. It has been a great experience so far and I would definitely recommend them.

Our family has been able to have an in person tour, and there was not too many restrictions or guidelines we had to follow. The tour was really nice.
We've had an excellent experience here. My loved one was just coming out of residential rehab, so it was hard to get her in any place that wasn't a skilled nursing facility. But Commonwealth was very accommodating with that. Their physical therapy was beyond excellent. Her therapist has her in better shape now than before her injury. She can walk now and transition from sitting to standing on her own, which is great. The staff have all been very kind and helpful. It was a difficult time, but I had a very good experience with the person who helped me get into the facility. And then the person who ran the facility was beyond great to me and my brother. He helped us considerably with our situation. I was pleased with the overall experience with the help I needed at the time living out of state. They went beyond what they needed to do and were very helpful. With Covid going on as well, it was horrible times, but Commonwealth was awesome. Liked the facility and felt that it is possible they can meet my Father-in-Law’s needs based on the tour and information we received on Saturday. However, need to speak with [name removed],POC, as he was unavailable during our tour but is contacting me Monday to obtain information I need and to answer questions.
Wonderful community with friendly, professional staff. The size is just right as it’s not too big to care for residents but offers enough personal amenities. Aaron was very knowledgeable and answered questions thoroughly. He even recommended funding resources for Veterans.
It would depend on if they wanted to go into memory care or assisted living areas. When my husband was there that the CNAs were always understaffed, there wasn't enough supervision. They had several difficult and active memory care cases. The residents were going in to other people's rooms. There were three hallways, and the wasn't enough staff to cover these hallways. Dad was there for ten days before passing. He was to say the least, a challenge. The staff were so friendly, compassionate and tolerant. He was in memory care unit.
excellent facility,very clean,spacious rooms, friendly diverse staff. a bit pricey for our budget.they offered financial assistance.
