We moved my mother to Prestige Commons from another local facility nearly a year ago. From the moment we visited, and continuing through her stay, we were very impressed with the facility and the staff. My mother was proud to be in her new room when she had visitors, and my four brothers and sisters were delighted with the care she was receiving. On behalf of my mother,our family thanks you all for your kindness. I spent one and half days around the clock at the facility to tell my mother how much I loved her. I met many staff and they were all so gentle,caring and kind.I appreciate each and every one of them. [Name removed]the nurse was with me during mom's last moments and was a huge blessing to me. Thank you again for all you did to help my mother comfortable and to have dignity.
When the decision had to be made for my mother to be moved into a facility, it was hard, but the staff has been wonderful with her. From getting her to come to the dining room for meals, to getting her to participate and interact when she normally would not, to helping with everyday chores that she needs to be reminded of, each and everyone has made her transition a smooth one. Both of my parents are living here together. The staff goes out of their way to make my parents comfortable. [names removed] etc. Molly keeps the place clean and doesn’t have a odor like most senior homes. The ladies are kind to my mom who suffers from dementia and take care of her when my dad needs to go out. The food is decent. So far they have been at Prestigue over a year and they seem happy.
The most heartfelt thanks to each one of you that looks after my grandma. She can be a handful i know this first hand, but shes all i have left and you have earned my utmost respect.
