they where kind and compassionate when i needed my boy cremated.
Dropped in coming through town with a very sick pup. It turns out we had to put her down, which was so traumatic under any circumstances, but with a vet we didn’t know it was extra stressful. This team was super compassionate, everyone from front desk to the techs, to our vet. I can’t say enough about how they helped comfort us and make sure everything was professional and efficient. If I was local I would make them our primary vet caregivers. Excellent all around. Scott
The staff is courteous and patient with my fur babies. they are willing to work with you when there is an emergency. so glad I found them when I moved to Pocatello. My Flower is a little skittish but now when I take her she just walks in on her own. i know she likes the staff and feels safe. that is a huge comfort to me.
If you want the best for you fur babies then community animal hospital is the place to go.

The Staff is extremely friendly and kind. They took the time to explain everything and love my kitty. Dr. Alpert was patient and thorough. My cat was so comfortable there. They fixed her up and she is on the way to recovery. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends. :)
I have total faith in Dr. Albert - in years past when I was dealing with medical issues with one of my dogs - we talked all possibilities to understand the best way to spend my limited finances and get the best care I could. She logically addresses every question I have -
