The worst experience ever! I brought my dog there with an ear infection because this hospital is closer than mine. The first visit, they were not friendly at all but it was ok. The second was a disaster! They took my dog from me without even telling me where she goes and what are they going to do. I followed them to the room but she took him to the back.
