Poor communication on their part. Lack of calls being returned, especially with an employee who's name starts with A. Dealing with J.H. was slightly better, however still unhelpful. I left a review on their weight only to find out that they get to APPROVE the comments, 4 days later my comment still has not showed. Do to the lack of communication on their part especially employed "A" my insurance lapsed while they were suppose to be looking for new insurance. NOW I'M STUCK PAYING $200 more per month
