RecommendedAwesome customer service, very quick to respond. I love being able to email them and they get back to me usually within 30 minutes with what I need. I'm running a business and I'm not working with a lot of free time on my hands. It is SO nice not having to call and be transferred to multiple people just to get a new vehicle added, or get a copy of a paper I misplaced. Best insurance company we have had!

RecommendedMy Family likes to collect Old cars. Keeping them insured in Mi. where rates are Very high is not easy! I was trying to find insurance and SHOCKED at what the rates were. I found Compass online and received an immediate call, where I was assured they would search for the best rates. I am AMAZED. This was 3 yrs. ago and they have taken care of me for all of my insurance needs for our home and 6 cars. I would not change as long as I live in Mi!

Daniel Dupree went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I had to have called at LEAST 10 different auto insurance companies and every one of them was going to charge me between $350-$550 a MONTH..RIDICULOUS RATES...Anyways, Dan helped me for an entire day making sure he could get me the BEST rate. AND BOY DID HE!! Dan saved me over $250 dollars! My insurance plan covers TWO vehicles. One with FULL coverage, AAA, Home owners insurance, and more. He worked all dang day to help me out!!
