I was very pleased with the customer service that I recieved from Justin. He was very patient and informative with me. He took time to make sure I had what I needed and gave me the best deal out of the 5 different agencies that I called. His mannerism was well above anyone else I spoke with to find I insurance the day of my search. He also was able to find me a much better deal than all the other places. Cait has been a pleasure to work with! She promptly handled several policy changes and updates for us this week. Not only did she complete the requests immediately, she also let us know that they were completed and sent updated documents. She is the perfect example of true customer service!
