Lots of kids, lots of cars, we swap em in and out, on and off coverage as the situation dictates, always trying to keep our costs down. Tracey has been very responsive with follow up whether I talk to her on the phone or e-mail our changes, she is always polite and helpful and quick with the follow-up always getting me the most for my dollar. I so appreciate her knowledgeable help.
