Brad is FANTASTIC! I switched to Compass in 2016 and he's always been very focused on making sure I'm always with the right coverage. I'm currently not insured with Compass, but Brad is diligent in following up with me to see if any of his companies can beat my current policy cost at each renewal every 6 months. I love knowing when a better coverage policy for a great price comes available, Brad will be there to make the process easy to switch!

Melissa Shelly and Paul Middel both did an outstanding job of responding quickly to some changes and nuanced questions I needed answers to recently. It seems that every time I have needed something/anything insurance related, Paul and his team seem to right there on the ball, with accurate and quick answers and help.
