Get directionsGreat staff and they try and get everything done as fast as possible to get you out in a timely manner. If you could ever have a good experience at the doctor this would be the place to do it.
Staff were patient and actively listened to symptoms and concerns and addressed all in timely manner.
Doctor was kind and efficient, nurse had terrible bedside manner. Neither the nurse nor the person putting in my IV wore gloves. She didn’t even use an alcohol swab on my iv port or put on gloves before giving medications. I’m a nurse and there are standard precautions not just for my safety but for hers. I was appalled.

I rescued 2 special needs chihuahuas and left them for a week with someone at my sober living house I was living at and he said he was going to take them to the vet that his insurance paid for it which I thought was very nice but then when I tried to get them back he refused to answer me now it's been over 3 weeks and I just found out that they were surrendered to this facility. My blood pressure was 211 under 110 They did not see me they said it was nun emergency. And they told me too leave ! Plus I coughing up blood!! They say it was not an emergency!! What kind of emergency room is that?

Only place aside from the ER to get an IV. Couldn't get the IV in and wasn't even willing to try. Poor nurse was so nice but he had a tremor and the only other nurse there said I'm not even gonna try I don't like doing those. Still had to pay even though they couldn't even provide care.

Waited for 2 1/2 hours for results on my x ray the doctor didn’t even take care of my reasoning when I was talking to him he was just there careless then when I mentioned no insurance he’s attitude got worse I’m sorry but we should be treated with care regardless. It wasn’t until I asked how much longer I had to wait is when they realized I was there still. By far worse experience ever and I used to work at urgent care

Had a nurse accuse me of looking for specific drugs, while having an allergic reaction. Tried to play it off and say that’s not what he meant. Asked what drugs are you looking for? And when I looked incredulously at him he changed his tune and said I meant if you’ve had this before and had something prescribed.
