Asked to be seen to rule out possible sinus infection after 2 weeks of sinus congestion, mild non productive cough, mild sore throat, no nausea, headache over maxillary sinuses , and new onset of fever with chills. Covid and flu results negative and a chest X-ray was obtain for clear lung sounds. No lab for cbc obtained. No recommendation of increase fluids to help flush system or to use a humidifier. Waited 4 hours so that the so called provider could tell me I had a stomach virus. With one episode of vomiting the day before, heart rate was in the 130s, O2 sats 90, severe headache and nothing was addressed. Very disappointing. Wasted $100 and my time for nothing

Memory Care Bears will be cherished by my family but most by all my grand daughters. My two oldest received one and immediately after my three remaining granddaughters ask for a care bear. They all received one and will have grandma memory always.

They basically told me to stop bringing my child to this location. He is not as sick as you think he is.

This was the longest I’ve ever waited to be seen and it was under 15 minutes. We have only positive things to say about CC ER. They treat you with care and compassion.

My family has been going to Complete Emergeny Care for about 3 years. Never a long wait. All of the nurses and receptionist are friendly, thorough and organized. Professional. Patient rooms are very clean. Doctor is in your room within minutes. Doctors don’t make you wait an hour for diagnose. We’ve stopped going to hospital ERs. They take so long. ER waiting room is dirty and uncomfortable. My family will continue to choose Complete Emergency Care over any ER. We trust the doctors and nurses.

Each staff I encountered was very nice. I appreciated the doctor for calling a couple of days later to check up on me. It was an affordable and good experience.
