Complete care is exactly what the name implies. Every time I've entered the door. I've felt that my care was number one on the agenda - from the front desk to the nurses, the techs and the doctors.. treatment has been something simple like a rash, or the flu or broken ribs to pain which ended in a trip to the hospital by ambulance ending in surgery. They get an A+ in my gradebook and I am very sad that the new Medicare policy will not include me anymore.
