This clinic is amazing! Everyone is attentive and very caring. (They don’t act like it’s a job. It’s more of a passion), Even me showing up at 4:30 in the morning. I’m private pay, so before they proceeded, I knew exactly how much it will cost. Unlike Baptist neighborhood hospital at 281 & overlook. I went in there 6 months ago for a semi minor laceration that already stopped bleeding, needing 6 sutures and they charged me 20,000.Also refused to tell me before hand how much it might even cost. I highly recommend them.
Very friendly and helpful staff minus one male doctor from my previous visit. He wasn’t rude at all, but he wasn’t very nice or comforting either. Other than that, I’ve been twice and they have been great! They even offer big warmed towels. (:
I took my daughter in to be seen for Strep. We were in and out of there in no time! Super friendly staff! Front office is always so nice and helpful. Doctors and Nurses attended to my daughter who is only 12, but spoke to her and asked her all the questions and allowed her to describe her symptoms. I love it here!
I would like to share a personal story about the medical team at Fossil Creek. Two years ago my son went in complaining of back pains. Dr Crawford was on call and checked him thoroughly including a scan of his back. His analysis revealed perforated lymph notes and immediately told him to follow up with an Oncologist. When my son said it can’t be, Dr Crawford said, I will bet you a coke if I am wrong. He was not wrong and the ensuing surgery and chemo treatments saved his life. From checking in with the receptionist to my visit with Dr. Lippstone, everything was handled professionally and went smoothly. I'm writing this review approximately 10 hours after my visit. And my condition has noticeably improved. The Fossil Creek Complete Care team did a Great Job!
