The staff was attentive and showed compassion and understanding. We barely waited to be seen and discharge was easy.
My daughter doesn’t do well with ER visits, but the staff was tolerant and kind. No wait to be seen. I did not realize that it was not an urgent care clinic, but it is considered a standalone emergency room. Just make a note of your co-pays with your insurance because urgent care and emergency room co-pays do differ and typically emergency room care is more expensive, however I would use them again if needed
Great doctor and nurse. However, the front staff person was not very friendly. Surprisingly because the previous times the other front staff has been very friendly. I still gave A 5 because the doctor and nurse were excellent
