Took our daughter here to get a couple stitches on her elbow. The staff was so kind and helped put her at ease throughout the process. The doctor was so very patient and took plenty of time explaining the procedure to her and went out of his way to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Everything went well the staff was amazing i the dr didn’t spend as much time as I would have liked but overall got to the point. The homeless ppl outside are scary especially when you are in pain

Got inright away. Saw a nurse, then the Dr. I needed a CAT Scan and the tech was very good. Over all, we were there about an hour. Results for scan were in sooner than anticipated. The Nurse from Tyler, Texas was awesome. The Dr glued my cut on my face. I was very pleased with the whole evening.

This is 100% my go to place for ER & UrgentCare. The entire staff was kind, quick and fun. They got me back before I had even finished my paperwork and didn’t make me feel stupid for coming in for Covid issues. I like that they didn’t just test me, they actually checked my vitals and made sure everything was ok. If you don’t want to sit for 6 hours in the ER and do want be seen by people who actually care about your wellbeing, come here, they’re amazing.

The staff took great care of me—they were very friendly and patient, even at 12:30 am. I felt a little dumb walking in with a minor foot injury thinking it might have been a stress fracture, but they x-rayed my foot and walked me through the best way to take care of it. You guys are awesome :)
