It was very good they were very thorough !!
I was on vacation and went to urgent care very ill with an apparent migraine (my first this severe) and unable to keep fluids down. They quickly made me an ER patient and treated me for nausea, dehydration and the head pain. They made the pain go away. I was back on my feet in a couple of hours and able to enjoy the last day of my trip, eating almost normally. The nurses and doctor were first rate with regards to knowledge and bedside manner. Words can’t express my thankfulness for the Complete Care team. I had my first seizure (brain tumor) ever and they took incredible care of me. I was beyond scare, confused and out of it but Dr. Colmenares, Will, Rob, Kerry and Izzy calmed me down, reassured me, gave me peace and even got my husband there for me. They got me stable and in a good place physically and mentally. I had to be admitted to the hospital, 2 days later and I’m still here, and they made the transfer smooth and easy. Dr. Fox did a great job of running the tests for all Possible causes. She was patient and kind. Her nurse, Danielle, did a super job caring for me. I appreciate them both!
My daughter went here after what can only be described as dangerously incompetent and negligent help at the UC Health Woodmen road emergency room with a severe infection on her tonsils. The staff at Complete Care is outstanding. The doctor immediately knew the problem and took all necessary means to give her the best care.
