I am recovering from a severe episode with Covid for which I recently spent a month in the hospital. I have episodic odd symptoms generally handled by my PCP but this go around was severe enough that I needed help on a weekend. My ER experiences had been highly variable so I ventured to try Complete Care. I was treated with respect and kindness by everyone there. The staff were super friendly and helpful, I got in to see the doctor very fast. The doctor was extremely nice and intelligent and did a very good job at explaining what was happening in non doctor terms so I could understand which I thought was very impressive!

Staff was professional, prompt, friendly. Dr. Gus was wonderful. He put me at ease right away by letting me know getting Covid wasn’t my fault. He was very help in explaining the plan to keep me at home for healing and out of the hospital. The nurse who gave me the shot was a stitch. Great team, great bedside manner!

Pleasantly smooth. I was greeted with a warm welcome right away. There was very little wait. The nurse that took me in already knew what and why I was there. Investigated and covered all my pain symptoms and explained everything easily for me to understand. Saw the doctor on-site shortly after and I felt like I was HEARD. Being listened to is very important quality when visiting a doctor’s office in any situation. I am completely satisfied and will be going back when the opportunity arrives. Thanks you guys. 🤙
