The receptionist was kind, thoughtful, and very welcoming . She made a difficult visit more pleasant. The medical staff was kind and caring and very efficient.

My daughter came in with symptoms of appendicitis. The emergency room doctor on call Wednesday morning (1am ish) 6/16 was genuinely the most amazing doctor. He evaluated my daughter. Recommended Children’s (she needed surgery) and was sweet, attentive, and real with his assessment. He didn’t overreact or under react. He told me exactly what he would do- and I completely trusted him. Thank you! Please tell him (I can’t remember his name) that we are grateful and she is recovering!

Going to urgent care is never a pleasant experience when you’re not feeling well and unfortunately every time I have needed to go to an urgent care the staff is usually not friendly. However, I was really impressed with my care during my visit. This was the first time I have been to this specific location and as soon as I sat down I was immediately called back to the exam room. Best facility in the area, staff super friendly and helpful, nurse and doctor care about the patient. Wasn’t feeling well for the past week, just moved here from Vegas wasn’t sure where to go, looked this guys up on line, I’m glad I did, they really take care of you and they really made me feel they were concerned, you don’t get much of that these days. I highly recommend going to see these guys for any medical need, they will take care of you!!
