I was given medical attention as soon as I arrived. Clinic is new and clean. Nurses were able to explain my issues.
Well coordinated and courteous. We feel very good.
I was treated in less then 10 minutes of entering the clinic and walked out within the hour with a diagnosis and the needed medications. The staff was awesome starting with Carry at the front desk, nurse Vicentern and Dr. Serial. I do see my PCP for certain things but prefer to use Complete Care for unexpected emergent situations for the convenience and the hassle of not having to schedule an appointment with my PCP. I have visited this clinic multiple times and will continue to use their services in the future.

You really take care of me health don’t think twice and do all the exam necessary to found out that cause of my pain I don’t have to wait plus that day was not too much patients….
I always have a great experience there. I usually feel much better within 24 hours. Staff is always friendly!

I hadn’t been feeling well for over a week, when I finally conceded to take myself to the LaVernia ER Clinic. (Warning - Story is mildly graphic )Horrible acid reflux lead to vomiting three time before getting to my car! Once there, the team acted quickly (in spite of paperwork problems.) X-rays showed a blockage in my bowel & required putting a tube down my throat (via my nose.) NOT fun!! The nurse was fabulous!! In and out with hardly no wait. I appreciated the updates from nurses as I was waiting, and constant monitoring of my pain.
