Very Kind, courteous, professional and thorough.
All staff were very professional and efficient! Great place to go for acute medical need. Really appreciated and benefited from the care received there! Much better than dealing with a hospital.
Gracious and compassionate
I’ve been several times when my pcp would have taken a week to see. I have had great care every time I’ve gone to Complete Care. I would highly recommend the Camp Bowie location. It’s unfortunate that Medicare will no longer be accepted by Freestanding emergency Centers. The EMERGENCY CARE IMPROVEMENT ACT (HR1964) will expand access to emergency care, allowing Medicare participants to continue receiving treatment at FECs.

I came to the hospital with appendicitis. The nurses and staff were all very kind, courteous, and attentive. I had already been checked in by the ER to which I’d gone so they came and got me right within a reasonable time and already had the paperwork. It was 1am but I still received great service. Nurses in OR also very kind and prayed with me. Other than the appendix it was a very good experience.
Everyone there was super friendly and super attentive and the care provided was spot-on .
Minimum wait and rapid attention to my needs. Best part was giving me the first dose of antibiotics and quickly I started feeling better.
