Once again, the Emergency Room of VIK Complete Care in Westlake gave me the immediate attention I required without sacrificing quality of care. Dr. Roe and his nurse quickly took me into their care, including x-rays, to diagnose and treat my symptoms. I am pleased with my normal internist but there is no way I would every get the immediate care that I do at VIK's Emergency Room. I gladly tell my friends to use this facility if they are in need of immediate care. There aren't enough stars to give them!!

Phenomenal. Dr. Muck is an exceptional doctor. Great bedside manner. Easygoing but insightful. Pauline was compassionate and professional. Lena was also very comforting and warm during the CT. Great team!!

This wasn’t our first time at Complete care, but every time we have been there, it’s been an awesome experience. Doctors and nurses are so very kind and very knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable and it was very affordable. We will always use Complete Care for our medical emergencies!
