Had an awesome experience. I was seen and treated and out the door in 1 1/2 hours! The staff and doctors were very friendly. The doctor was very good and explained the diagnosis and treatment and aftercare to me very well and made sure I understood him well. He answered all the questions I had. Overall it was a great experience and pain relief was instant!Ā
Went to Brooks City Complete Care with what appeared to be just swollen and painful left knee. Dr was straight up honest and to the point, it was much more than they were equipped to deal with, requiring several days in hospital,lots of antibiotics, pain management, and round the clock care. While there at Complete Care, Doctor and staff , got me temporarily out of pain, started iv antibiotics, and made all necessary arrangements including ambulance to Methodist hospital who were ready and waiting when I arrived.
