Outstanding service!
I received a very thorough review and medications and treatment plan. Dr Stringer and his assistants were all very accommodating.
Short wait, friendly staff…received great treatment by all the staff.
Easy to use, and pleasure to work with.
Love this place, never a long wait and always very caring people.
There was a long wait to be seen and it took more than 40 minutes to receive my discharge papers after they were handed to the desk to get them done. The medical care was very good, however the wait times were not good. I don't know if it was due to lack of personnel or if the current personnel is just very slow. I had to have a friend take me to the clinic and bring me home. She had a very, very long wait.
The Emergency Clinic of Alamo Heights is our family’s “ go to” in times of illness or accidents. Excellent, thorough care with very little wait time. It’s reassuring to know it’s always there for the next time.
I was in and out fairly quickly. I liked that the doctor chose to give me an antibiotic pill before I left the office. The doctor and staff were kind and efficient.
Professional and fast response. In and out in short time considering the thorough workup. Appreciate the accessibility of this facility, great staff, and no wait if urgent matter. Thanks for the great service and patience!
